The State of the American Veteran Conference is an annual event that will convene 300 government, nonprofit, academic and veterans service organization leaders to address the critical issues facing today’s veterans, including military transition issues, an overview of current needs and programs, and policy recommendations to ease transition and improve quality of life.

The five conference tracks will spotlight specific veteran populations — combat, student, women — along with providing a major focus on the unique issues facing National Guard and Reserve service members, and military-connected children and families.
