On Thursday, Feb. 6, the Center for Innovation and Research on Veterans & Military Families hosted a discussion with David Lloyd, former director of Family Advocacy Program, on military family violence.

As director, Lloyd developed Department of Defense policy and conducted oversight of the military services’ prevention and treatment of child/spouse abuse programs. Prior, he served as director of the National Center of Child Abuse and Neglect, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
